I have a love of coffee. That love took me from grocery store coffee to mail order coffee. Then, I learned to roast my own. The difference in flavor was amazing and something I had never tasted before! I was hooked on freshly roasted coffee, and the many flavors it had to offer from different regions of the world.
That was 2006. I roasted very small batches and served it to my guests and gave it to friends. One thing led to another and here we are. In 2007, our first year as a business, I roasted two hundred pounds. In 2008 it was almost seven hundred. The difference in flavor is amazing, and it's something our customers keep coming back for!
